Privacy Policy
Summary
We collect as little personal data as we can. We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Server logs: standard request metadata (IP, user agent, path, timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and uptime.
- Performance telemetry: aggregated, non-personal metrics about page load and API errors.
- Account data (if you create an account): email and authentication credentials. Saved trade plans and watchlists are stored against your account.
- Wallet addresses you paste in: stored only if you explicitly save them. We never request signatures and never custody funds.
What we do not collect
- Private keys, seed phrases, exchange API keys with withdraw rights.
- Government IDs or KYC documents.
- Behavioral tracking for third-party ad networks.
Third-party services
BZOSHUER fetches market data from third-party providers (e.g. CoinGecko, DexScreener, Hyperliquid, alternative.me). Your requests to those services are made server-side by us, so the providers see our server’s identity, not yours. If you click out to an exchange or explorer, that destination’s privacy policy applies.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (session, auth, CSRF). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a short period after deletion to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site.
