1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BZOSHUER (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto products in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to persons in jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful.

3. Nature of the Service

BZOSHUER is an informational and analytics tool. It does not custody assets, execute trades on your behalf, or hold any user funds. Any outbound link or integration with a third-party venue (e.g. exchanges, wallets, DEXs) is governed by that venue’s own terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse engineer the Service.
Do not scrape, mirror, or republish proprietary content without permission.
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or fraud.
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, code, copy, and branding are owned by the operators of BZOSHUER. Open-source dependencies are governed by their respective licenses. You retain ownership of any content you submit; by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and process it as required to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BZOSHUER OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of BZOSHUER from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
